We want you to be completely satisfied with your new floors, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and resaleable flooring products. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and the quantity of boxes you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to ensure your product is tracked correctly.
- 3.Secure the Shipment
Carefully pack the unopened boxes on a pallet or in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, as items must arrive in resaleable condition.
- 4.Processing and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
